Woodstock Festival
Woodstock was a 1969 music festival that ran from August 15th to August 18th. It was held in the town of Bethel, New York. The festival drew a crowd of over 400,000 people. Over 30 music acts performed. Some of them are Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Jefferson Airplane, Santana, and The Who. The first act to perform on August 15th was was Richie Havens. The last act to perform on the morning of August 18th was Jimi Hendrix.
